OSS analysation for the library in LTIB Linux BSP for i.MX6Solo

We use FSL LTIB Linux.
Linux: L3.0.35_4.0.0_ER_SOURCE_BSP

We analyse OSS about our system based on this.
The following library is included in FSL LTIB Linux.
However, the source code of these libraries is not offered.

Do these violate OSS?
If they violate OSS, would you tell me the maker providing these?

We have an additional question.
Would you answer about the following contents?

When we download LTIB Linux, Agreement is displayed.
"FREESCALE SEMICONDUCTOR SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT"

Do the contents listed in Section 2.Licenses of Agreement apply to all libraries?

2)
We understood that the following library is LGPL license.
