Not smooth on play video by rtsp on JB4.3

Hi,

We play rtsp video on JB4.3 on imx6q platform  via VLC server 2.2.4. But the video is not smooth and full of fragment in display. When we change VLC server 2.1.5, the problem have not be happen. Have any one the same problem. How to solve?   Thanks!!
