I was trying to generate an ewaol image for nxp imx8 using meta-freescale/conf/machine/imx8qm-mek.conf where my machine is i.MX 8QuadMax Multisensory Enablement Kit (MEK) . 

After completeing 97% of the build I am getting the error No rule to make target 'arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/imx8qm-mek-hdmi-rx-ov5640.dtb'

Can you please provide me some insight on this?

Hi @ayansh_25,

I hope you are doing well
 
Kindly check the "imx8qm-mek-hdmi-rx-ov5640.dtb" file is present at the path "build/arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/imx8qm-mek-hdmi-rx-ov5640.dtb".
 
If it is not there, kindly try to compile it using a cross-compiler and put it on the same path mentioned in "imx8qm-mek.conf" file.
