Hi, Shivani

The mfgtool-files is too big to be sent, which i used is V2 version;  Please find the attached schematic files, is it the hardware problem or the software problem. Because I am a newer in embedded Linux, I don't know how to modify software. THANKS

Hi, wangqz2010@126.com

Have you referred the link I have shared previously?

IMX6UL-EVK Programming NAND via L4.1.15_2.0.0-ga_mfg-tools

Please go through the above given link. You need to add support for NAND in your software using "imx_v7_mfg_defconfig". In the above link it is given that how you can generate the NAND supported zImage and DTB. These files you need to copy in the mfgtool at "mfgtools/Profiles/Linux/OS Firmware/files/" path. After that you can flash with the .vbs script.

Regards,

Shivani

Which version BSP are you using? If you are using the newest BSP, you can refer to https://community.nxp.com/thread/517143
