Need of Reliability data for MTBF calculation

  We are doing MTBF calculation for my design and We need reliability data of following part no. we have used.

1.) P/N - MCIMX6G2DVM05AA    -- IC MPU I.MX6 ULTRALITE 289BGA

2.) P/N - MC32PF3001A7EP   -- PMIC 48-Pin QFN EP

3.) P/N - A7001CMHN1/T1AGCEL   --Security ICs / Authentication ICs SecureAuthentication microcontroller

4.) P/N - PCF85263ATL/AX   --  RTC CLK/CALENDAR I2C 10DFN

can you please share with us data of above parts at earliest.
