yes your remark is correct: according to
i.MX6Q Datasheet NVCC_MIPI should be from 2.25 to 2.75V.
Please note that these boards are not Freescale boards, so question
should be directed to vendors of these boards.
Though sometimes designers just mark power rail as "3P3V",
really later it can be programmed to other value. I think
this should be investigated on real board.
