Hello,

Please let me know the availability of Miracast source support for Android BSP REV L5.0.0 on sabresd.

When checked display settings, it has only "Cast screen", not Wi-Fi display.

Any info on this will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ramesh

Hi Igor,

Thanks, I had checked that and it was mentioned about Wi-Fi Display Sink, not the "Source".

Booted Android bsp on Sabresd and was able to get Sink working using wfdsink app.

But "Cast Screen" from Display settings does not work.

Wanted to know if there is a way enable Wi-Fi Display Source / Miracast Source.

My understanding is that Cast Screen does not use Wi-Fi Display, its rather Android's way of doing Miracast. Is that right?

Please comment.

Thanks,

Ramesh
