Min/Max of Pull-up/down resistor for i.MX6ULL

I want to know the accuracy of pull-up/down resistor in i.MX6ULL.

It's shown in Table 29 of IMX7DCEC.

However, it's not shown in IMX6ULLCEC.

Could you tell me the accuracy of it ?

The typical accuracy of on-chip pull-up/down resistors for all series of i.MX processors is +/- 20%.
