Mfgtools fails for larger rootfs.tar.bz2 file

I am trying to load custom build rootfs.tar.bz2 and zImage into eMMC memory using mfgtools-4.15. I am getting error at "send roofts". I am attaching the debug UART  log for reference.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Gunasekaran

one can try to increase emmc partition size, using mksdcard.sh.tar

in mfg tools folder ..Profiles/Linux/OS Firmware. Also may be recommended

to recheck memory with ddr tester
