Maximum operating clock of iMX535 vs ambiant temperature

We have some part availability issue with NXP part number MCIMX535DVV2C
that we operate at 1.2GHz.
My question is: If we operate this processor at maximum 70C by design,
can we use also MCIMX535DVV1C even if this part was
specified for 1GHz at 95C?

Hello,

   MCIMX535DVV1C  has not been specified and tested for 1.2 MHz,
therefore we cannot guarantee proper operations under 1.2 MHz.

  Customers can use now MCIMX535DVP2C2 1.2 GHz
