Maximum force for heat-sink attachment for i.MX8M Mini

Hi all,

Is there any data of maximum force for heat-sink attachment ?

We'll plan to use i.MX8M Mini and found data for some body sizes in 6.2 of following doc.

However, there are no data for 14 x 14 mm like i.MX8M Mini and Nano.

Could you provide the maximum force for 14 x14 mm package ?

NXP recommends that the maximum load force not exceed 10 lbs (44 N).
