Max RAM can be used from M4 in IMX7ULP

Hello,

I am trying to find how much max memory can be used in Cortex M4 of IMX7ULP in Low power mode.

As I see from the ref manual, it seems that max 256KB can be used from internal RAM. 

Can someone please help to figure out if there is way to increase this RAM on M4 side?

Is there a way to access DDR conneted with A7 from M4 while keeping A7 in sleep mode?

Hello Vivek,

For internal RAM are 256KB, for DDR you have only 2MB that are reserved for run Linux  the rest you can use with M4.

 I am not able to find any project in M4 SDK which is accessing DDR section.

For most of the projects, linker script is pointing to Internal RAM / QSPI flash, can you please let me know if there is any project present in M4 SDK which is using DDR memory? It would be helpful for us to see method for accessing DDR from M4. It would be great if you can point to any document / sample which describes the method for accessing DDR from M4
