MX6 TOTALLY 4GBYTE RAM CONNECTION

I tried to find max ram capability and i found maximum memory which is 4gb dram memory.I try to 4gb totally DDR3 but i do not and i did not understand dram connection which is in added picture. It has 4gb dram memory but totally 2gb in these reference sheet. I do not understand. I need to help totally 4gb connection.
