MMPF0100 startup with OTP fuses

I'm planning on using the MMPF0100F0AEP which has preprogrammed OTP fuses. I'd like it to start up with the preprogrammed fuse values. With VDDOTP tied to GND will it start up with the preprogrammed fuse values. My confusion is the document states that FUSE_POR_XOR must be set to 1 to start from OTP fuses however I wont be able to program that fuse. Is it already set to 1 in preprogrammed parts? Thank you.

You can close the discussion. I was told it should start according to the pre-programmed fuses. My board will be here in a couple weeks. If I have issues I'll open a new thread. Thank You.
