MMDC timing parameter of DDR3 calibration of i.MX6

Hi all,

I'd like to do DDR3 calibration with i.MX6DL.

Now I'm using MX6DL_SabreSD_DDR3_register_programming_aid_v2.2.xlsx.

DDR3 IC itself supports DDR3L-1866, but i.MX6DL supports DDR3-800.

So I have to check the DDR3-800 timing parameter from DDR3 IC's datasheet and set to MMDC timing parameter(DDR device timing parameter) of Register configuration such as tCKE, tRP, tCWL, ...

It's not DDR3L-1866's parameter.

Is my understanding correct?

  I think Your understanding is correct: DDR3-800 based settings should be used
