MIMXRT1170EVK - Board settings - R136 is welded for GPIO card detect - Picture of Board

Hi ,

I am trying to run a SD card demo project on MIMXRT1170 EVK.

The readme document with the example project suggest the below setting

Please make sure R136 is welded for GPIO card detect.

Can You provide a reference to the way this has to be done in any of the documents or a picture of the board on which this is done.

Also I see that the current demo the board that we have is not moving beyond f_mkfs call for long time.

I am using a 4GB SD card formatted as FAT32 512 bytes

Is the reason for this behavior a result of wrong board setting?

Yes, R136 is DNP in the most recent versions of the EVK. I suggest you short both pins of R136 so the detect signal reaches the device.
