MCUXpresso workspace clearing

How can I clear all the projects running in background of MCUXpresso workspace.

I cannot open a new one because it is showing the project is already running.

I would suggest you delete the old workspace and try it again,

C:\Users\[...]\Documents\MCUXpressoIDE_11.4.0_6237\workspace

or create a new workspace.
