As title, how to enable this feature(clock ocnfig tool)?

I still can't to open conig tool (pin/clock etc..) for RT1170/RT1060/RT685 SDK.
But I can open within LPC55S69 and LPC55S16 SDK.
I also try to check the another PC. It is workable(SDK_2_10_0).
Are this issue casuing by SDK2_10_1

In the RT devices, you need to enable the tools in the Config Tools Overview.
Is there a message displayed when you try to open Config Tools?
