MCIMX8QM-CPU Dual Display touch issue

I am running Android Automotive on the iMX8QM board.

I have two displays hooked up to LVDS0_CH0 and LVDS1_CH0. The display LVDS0_CH0 has the usb-c connected for touch.

I am running imx_automotive_11.0.0_2.3.0 in the mek_8q_car_userdebug build.

My issue is when I connect one display to the LVDS0_CH0 channel the Automotive Launcher and my touch works perfectly fine. But When I connect the second display to LVDS1_CH0 the Instrument Cluster and the Automotive Launcher come up just fine but then all of the touch points on the first screen are counted only on the second screen. (So touches on the LVDS0_CH0 monitor effect only the LVDS1_CH0 monitor.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Thanks.

Hello,

Do you know how can we change the primary display? I have also connected two displays and both displays are working fine.

1st display : 1920X720 (I need to make this display as primary display)

2nd Display : 1280X800 (This is getting registered as a primary display)

Can you let me know where i need to do the modification.

Hello,

Please check how the binding of the display and the input has been defined.

You may refer to the User's guide chapter 8.3.3.1 Binding the display port with the input port.

Best regards,
Aldo.
