MCIMX6Q-SDB the network LED not light

The network LED not light while he power and the network are connected. the LED will flash a few times when he connected the power and always turn on after inseted into the networl cable

he config the IP and not found?

so could you help to check and advise ?

Our customer maybe a novice, he don’t know what is the BSP.

Here you need to let your customer confirm the network he use is work well. And he can change one net cable or router.
