MCIMX283D versus MCIMX283C

We recently received some boards with MCIMX283DVM4B on them. Our other boards had MCIMX283CVM4B on them. What changed? We've been having a few issues programming and testing them with our custom programmer and tester.

Hi Triana

parts are identical except temperature range:

C - Industrial -40 to 85C, D - Consumer -20 to 70C
