Hi Team FAE:

I'm working on iMX8MQ based custom board & powered processor using MC34PF4210A1ES PMIC.

Observed that VGEN2 voltage is 1.4V, which is not as per PMIC programming. It should be 0.9V.

Because this VGEN2 used to as VDD_PHY_0V9,that's very important for CPU normal working

The almost all power schematic of PMIC & CPU POWER from official material

Find attached schematic of PMIC & CPU power for your reference.

Thanks.

Hi LinJin

reason may be that pmic is burned (due to esd issues or overheating) or

poor soldered. One can try to resolder it or change to new part.

Best regards
igor

Hi Igorpadykov:

   Thank you very much!

But I have one problem is that all other voltages are correct, such as 1.1V 0.55V(DREF)、0.9V 、1.8V 1.5V 2.8V and so on

why only this VGEN2 is wrong? and our four boards have the same situation, VGEN2 is 1.4V 。

one can try to test VGEN2 programming it through i2c, using jtag debugger or from uboot.
