Low power surveillance camera

Hello Guys greetings,

i am designing a ultra low power battery operated surveillance camera.

Expectation:

1. 5-12 MP camera support with 720p-1080p resolution 

2. Image capturing and video recording features along with audio recording 

3. Should have various low power modes

4. boot up time 200ms

5. current consumption while recording video should be 200-300mA or 324mW at 1.2V

6. Basically it should consume less current.

these are my requirements, can anyone suggest Me better soc for my this project, which satisfies or meet my expectations

Yes you can try the iMX93, that with the OV5640 at 5MP on 720p we get 200 mA

But OV5640 is not a low light sensor, as it doesn't give clear picture in night operations, what about 7ULP or 8ULP

Yes, as well the OV5640 is supported by MX7ULP, if you want to see how much it consumes with your camera you have to build your driver.

I can built that, but suggest me best low power consumption based soc, along with boot up time 200ms
