License to use SDHC

If we create product which use SDHC on Vybrid or SoloX processor did we have to pay license to SD Association?

SDHC will be used to store system data on SD card.

Hello Kamil,

No you do not need to pay license ofr the use of the SDHC nevertheless if you are going to sell the product with an SD, then I think you need to sign an agreement with the  SD Association  I believe it is the SD Memory Card License Agreement ("CLA").
