License fees and royalties about i.MX6.

Hi community,

I want to confirm about license frees and royalties for i.MX6.

My understanding is following, is this correct?

1. There is no addtional license fees and royalities to Freescale.

2. A customer should pay license rees or royalties of HDMI, MIPI, MPEG, etc to each alliance if customer use these function. But it is not needed if these are not used.

(e.g. Pay HDMI royalty is not needed if user don't use HDMI even though i.MX6 has HDMI module.)

yes your understanding is correct.

However for any specific questions I would siggest to

reconfirm them with legal department of local FAE marketing office.
