Hi All,

I a using the iMX8QM MEK board with M4 core software support in Android 9.

Currently, display is not up in M4 core side. I am using LVDS-HDMI converter for Display.

I have some following doubt regarding in M4 SDK,

  1. Do I needs to do any configuration in M4 SDK side?
    source/vendor/nxp/mcu-sdk-auto/SDK_MEK-MIMX8QM/boards/mekmimx8qm/demo_apps/rear_view_camera
  2. Currently which external converter used for display in default SDK?

IMX-LVDS-HDMI-Image

Thank You,

Hi All,

rear view camera demo is working  (Needs to connect HDMI Monitor at J8 connector of LVDS Port as per schematic (SPF-29420_C2.pdf) instead of J7 Connector.)

Thank You,

Vinoth S,

Dear vinothkumar s,

I am afraid that I cannot further assist you regarding this issue. Since the i.MX 8Quad Max processor documentation has not been fully released yet, and the board is manufactured by a third party. I would suggest you to contact VVDN Technologies for properly guidance.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause to you.

Regards,

Ruben

Hi Ruben Charles,

Thank you for your reply.

What is the pixel clock for LVDS in IMX8QM?

Will you give please your input for the following thread?

Dear vinothkumar s,

I need to make a correction of my previous statement: the attached board image corresponds to the LVDS to HDMI adaptor card (mini SAS), provided by NXP. Instead of contacting VVDN, I would suggest you to contact with your NXP distributor for more guidance.

Also, you could try to check the LVDS driver of your BSP in order to find out how pixel clock is configured.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Ruben
