LPPDDR4 Part obsolete || MT53E1536M32D4DT-046 WT:A (Micron)

The qualified LPDDR part for IMX8M PLUS processor is obsolete.

Can you please share an other 4GB LPDDR part which are compatible with IMX8M PLUS processor.

We do not have a list of recommended part numbers.

I suggest you select a LPDDR memory according to the hardware developer's guide and just to be safe on your design I would suggest to re-calibrate and run the DDR stress tool:

i.MX 8M Family DDR Tool Release 

This would help on getting configuration for your new DDR.

I do not have access to the hole information of selected part number, such as datasheet but, from general information on internet seems it should work ok. I suggest double check with hardware developer's guide.
