LPDDR4 alternative to Microns that works with i.MX8M Plus

Hello,

I wan to use the same LPDDR4 as the one on the i.MX8M Plus EVK but I can't get a hold on the IBIS file from Micron to simulate. I have been trying to contact them for the past 3 weeks now. No reply.

What are good alternatives that works with i.MX8M Plus?

one can look at parts used in other NXP evaluation boards (EVK) for i.MX8M family,
