I need to understand differences between i.MX6Solox SoCs part no. MCIMX6X1CVO08AC and MCIMX6X3CVO08AC in terms of LCD interface. After reading information about LCD interface of the SoC in page 3 on the datasheet of the i.MX6solox , I came to conclusion that I must use SoC configuration MCIMX6X3CVO08AC in order to be able to implement a 7 in 24-bit display using LCD parallel interface on that SoC. The evidence for my decision is that the part MCIMX6X1CVO08AC does not support 2D/3D GPU according to the datasheet. I would be happy if you could help me to confirm that I made right decision. or in the other world , may the part MCIMX6X1CVO08AC includes a LCD interface which can be used with that display for simple graphical tasks, like showing texts and labels.
