Kernel startup error encountered on iMX6S

We use MCIMX6S1AVM08AB on a board, and the u-boot(2015.04) and zImage(4.1.15) run ok on this board. Then we change the CPU to the model MCIMX6S6AVM08AD, but the same zImage can't work on it. 

The only difference of the two boards is the CPU model. All other hardware and software are the same. And the two CPUs are the same series. Because the MCIMX6S1AVM08AB is not recommended for new design, so we use the MCIMX6S6AVM08AD instead. Why this problem happen?

one can try ddr test and update image with new ddr calibration coefficients

(update in uboot/../mx6sabresd/mx6q_4x_mt41j128.cfg)
