Can anyone recommend a standalone JTAG device that contains 256MB of memory?  I wish to use it on our iMX515 based custom board.  Freescale recommends the Segger Flasher ARM but it only supports 64MB.  We need this feature to load our Linux image for a customer demo.  Thanks for the help.

Hi,Wayne,

Yes, exactly, Segger Flasher ARM only supports 64MB, It is not in coincidence with your requirement.

>>Can anyone recommend a standalone JTAG device that contains 256MB of memory?

You can go to ARM website and evaluate Realvie ICE + RVDS4.x .

Regards,

Weidong
