Issues About DDR Test By Uboot CMD Mtest On MX6DL

Hi,all

       I test DDR by uboot cmd mtest, And I find on FSL mx6dl, the uboot image will load start from 0x1780 0000, but when I test DDR addr range from 0x1780 0000 to 0x1790 0000, it can test pass,why not crash? I cannot understand, so please help~Thank you ~

Hello,

U-boot is not intended to test memory carefully.

Please use the Stress test instead.

     Now I find a bug. the DDR that I porting have serious problem in memory. But it cannot be detected by your DDR stress tool, Because all test is pass,

But I test by uboot cmd mtest, it is error. So, Could you help me ? FAE cannot answer me, It's a very serious problem.

  Does U-boot performs the same DRAM initialization (via DCD) as

Stress tool initialization script ?

Yes, Uboot version is 2014.04

And the script can work well on Android 4.2, but Android 5.0 cannot

So its amazing.Please help,thank you ~

     I think this problem is complicated and is valued for FSL, so if you can call me, that's nice. Because pushing message one by one is inefficient.
