Is prebuild gstreamer imx plugin available anywhere ?

I am in a situation to use "beepdec" for one of my project to decode AAC audio stream. I thought it would be really helpful if ipks of beepdec are available somewhere officially.

I am new to NXP gstreamer plugins.

I happen checking the bsp 5.15.71, there exists.
