Hi

We are using i.MX6 Quad  processor and interfacing two DDR3L. Please let me know are we need to provide VTT termination on address lines, CMD lines and Clock lines, If we are using T-Topology?

Thanks

Hello Sagar Kumar,

One of the advantages of the T topology is that terminator resistors are not required. However, it is strongly recommended that you comply with the recommendations on the i.MX6 Hardware Design Guide (link below, you may need to login to download this document)

I hope this helps!
