i am using imx8mplus custom board . i build the IMXLXYOCTOUG v.LF6.6.3_1.0.0 BSP .

i add the variable in local.conf file to increase the roofts size :
IMAGE_ROOTFS_SIZE = "47185920"

i build the imx-image-full.

i used the 64 gb SD card

i flashed the wic.zst image into sd card by using the below command

zstdcat imx-image-full-imx8mp-lpddr4-evk.rootfs.wic.zst | sudo dd of=/dev/sdb bs=1M conv=fsync

after booting up the image on custom board .
just after 1 minute . i am getting the below error :Internal error: Oops - Undefined instruction: 0000000002000000 [#1] PREEMPT SMP

Hello,

Yes, it looks like RAM is not properly configured.

Also, I would expect that the kernel crash log would vary each time, right?

one can start with DDR tests and finding new calibration settings.

regards
