i.MX6UL has two built-in LDOs (LDO_ARM, LDO_SOC).

Our customer have one problem with a specific lot of i.MX during a mass production, and they are thinking of changing the LDO set voltage.

Question:

The built-in LDO voltage can be set in 25 mV step by register setting.

What is percent the output voltage accuracy?

If  it is +/-5%, Does this means 25mV*+/-5%=+/-1.25mV ?

BR,

kanou

The accuracy of the LDO_ARM and LDO_SOC regulators on the i.MX6 series
processors is +/- 12.5mV, i.e. the LDO output voltage is within +/- 12.5mV range
from the target voltage setpoint.

Best Regards,
Artur
