Hi,

MFGTool  has "cfg.ini" file has different profile like "name = Sabre-SD".

All the profile described in mfgtools\Profiles\Linux\OS Firmware\ucl2.xml.

You can modified the ucl2.xml file and use your profile in cfg.ini file.

So You can use MFGtool in wondows8.

IF you have selected linux firmware than it will install linux firmware for you.

For simplicity you can use two different MFGtool for Android and Linux.

Thanks

Saurabh

Hi

JooWon

If you are booting from eMMC than please use MFGtool.

It will create partition and update required firmware for you on eMMC.

Other option is that you can boot the device from SDCard.

Prepare two SDCard one for Android and one for Linux.

Thanks
