Inquiry i.MX6 BSDL question

Dear Sir,

Our customer used i.MX6 Solo and want  to know Boundary Scan test can cover i.mx6 IC  how many pins. (how many pins can test ? )

I checked some documents and can't find it.

Could you help check and provide it?
