Inquiry about i.MX6 USB brownout detect question

Dear Sir,

Our customer used i.MX6DL and have a question about USB power setting below.

Could you help check it?

Chapter 51.7.2 Regulator 3P0 Register (PMU_REG_3P0) setting on i.MX6SDLRM.pdf.

Customer read this register value is  0x00010f74 on customer's board.

We read this register value is the same 0x00010f74 on NXP i.MX6Q SDP board. 

We have some confuse about why BO_VDD3P0 = 1 (brownout detected stauts)

 This mean this  regulator 3P0 of USB is brownout, right?

Have any action and behavior for USB 3P0 regulator power of i.MX6 when brownout detected ? 

How to setting this register is right?
