Information about ERR009604 / ARM Errata 845369

Dear all,

Currently, our customer is manufacturing the product which used i.MX6 Dual Lite.

They got to know ERR009604 ARM (CA9): 845369 in Errata update(d) by NXP last year.

Their product uses BSP before L3.14.38, and the fault occurs rarely.
But S/W update is difficult for the product character.

They want to inform a product user about the frequency and the conditions that it occurs.

Please provide, if it has such information.
