Imx8mq + Androidp9.0 Uboot transplantation？

Hi community:

     Is there any docs of Imx8mq + Androidp9.0 Uboot custom porting， ddr calibration tool or doc? I already download the "android_p9.0.0_1.0.0-ga_docs.zip"，but compared to Android8, Android9's vendor/nxp-opensource/uboot-imx/board/freescale/imx8mq_evk does not have ddr_init.c and ddr_phy.c below?

i.MX8 MSCALE SERIES DDR Tool Release (V2.10) 

p.13 MSCALE_DDR_Tool_User_Guide.pdf :
"Press Gen Code button to generate u-boot SPL DDR initialization code. For ‘ARRAY’
format, you can get ‘xxx_timing.c’ in the tool’s directory."
uboot//board/freescale/imx8mq_evk/lpddr4_timing_b0.c

lpddr4_timing_b0.c\imx8mq_evk\freescale\board - uboot-imx - i.MX U-Boot

   Now I get  the "lpddr4_timing.c file"， which file should I replace，the "board/freescale/imx8mq_evk/lpddr4_timing.c" or  "lpddr4_timing_b0.c"?
