Imx8mmevk Thermal Critical Temperature shutdown

Hello,

we have designed a customized board with imx8mmevk processor and we are testing for thermal shock test from -40 degree C to +85 degree C (Dwell Time is 2 hrs and ramp time is 1 to 3 minute). Under this the processor is shutting it self between +75 degree C to +85 degree C. Please find the attached log

how to ensure that the processor doesnt shutdown when this is reaching at 85 degree C

You can configure shutdown temperature in Linux.
Please refer to chapter 2.9 "Thermal" of i.MX Linux Reference Manual.

Yes I changed as per the settings but the processor CPU temperature is reaching 100 degree C when the environmental chamber temperature is 75 Deg C

cat /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp 

Used the above command to get the CPU temperature
