Imx8Mq custom board with 4.14.98_2.0.0_GA Kernel CPU lock up with scrambled Display image

We have an IMX8MQ based custom board with MIPI DSI display through DCSS, with Kernel version 4.14.98 2.0.0_ga,

Couple of boards CPU locks up abruptly without any crash log, and the Image in the display looks scrambled, not able to find out what causes the issue, can anyone provide some support with this issue.

This issue is not happening in all boards.
