If the LVDS-PCIE-SATA-DSI-USB HOST not to use,how to design the pin of power or REXT?

hi,

I am going to reduce the PCB-size and bom of the design,so I will delete all the parts if they are not useful.

1:If I don't use USB HOST,do the USB_H1_VBUS need to power by 5V?

2:If I don't use LVDS0 and LVDS1,do the NVCC_LVDS2P5 pin need to power?

3:If I don't use SATA-PCIE-DSI-LVDS,do the their REXT pins need to connect  Resistor?

4:how to use the pin of test_mode,tamper,onoff? Can I float these pins if I do not use them?

By the way,can u give me the file of how to deal for unuse pins?
