IOMUX Configuration For IPU1 in IMX6DQ

Hi,

I am doing some bare-metal programming in iMX6DQ SABRE-SD board. I am using UART1 as the debug serial port. While configuring my UART i have set the Pad Mux Register(IOMUXC_SW_MUX_CTL_PAD_CSI0_DATA10) mux mode field as "011". However, When i try to configure the IPU1 for the device, i have the set the mux mode as "000", as i have observed from the "1.1.0_iMX6_Platform_SDK".

Is it possible to use both these modules simultaneously? 

or should i go for IPU2?

I have never worked with IPU at this level before. Please Help.

Hi Ajmal

unfortunately there is no way to use simultaneously gpio and lcd(ipu),

so it is necessary to reassign signal to other pad.
