We are using SOM from i.MX8M MINI evaluation board: 8MMINILPD4-EVK for prototype development of our base-board.
We are using USB1 interface (as referenced in Eval-schematic) for one of the two functions:-
1)As Type-C for download flashing of code
2)As Type-A for Mouse/Keyboard interface
The above functionality is achieved by means of USB Switcher IC (ensuring only one function at a time)
In Type-C mode, when screen is locked, SOM does not go off ie. SOM yellow LED is ON.
In Type-A mode, when screen is locked, SOM goes off ie. SOM yellow LED is OFF.
Following scenario is observed:-
In Type-A mode, after power on of board, when video is played, it plays properly. When screen is locked, SOM goes off. After screen is unlocked, SOM turns ON, but video does not play. Its stuck. Only restart of the device will solve the issue.
But in Type-C mode, after power ON, when video is played, it plays properly. When screen is locked, SOM remains ON. After screen is unlocked, video continues to play properly.
So we want SOM to remain in ON state in Type-A mode in lock-state also. Where can I update in code to fix the Suspend mode.
Please help us on priority.
