In our design we used only the 3.3V, we don't use any USB interface on IMXRT1064 . So VBUS 5V supply is recemented or no need. i mean just keep open the USB VBus Inputs.

To the unused pin, please refer to the RT1064 datasheet:
You can leave it as not connected.
