IMX8X failed to fuse programming of fuse row 14

I want to program the fuse bit of FORCE_BOOT_FROM_FUSE to enable force boot from fuse, but I failed to program this bit, because the value of this fuse row of 14 is 0x0000421F instead of 0x00000000, it seems that this row has been programmed before, but in fact I have never programmed this fuse row!

how many boards are affected by this issue, if just one then one can send chip for FA analysis

using local marketing channels.

Currently, all boards have this issue. We will contact local NXP FAE for further anaysis.
