I wanted to know if it was possible to make an assertion of the Power on reset of the IMX8X apart from the PMIC PF8100 / PF8200 (via a parallel secondary circuit).
Moreover in case of Power on reset on the IMX8X, the output SCU_WDOG_OUTSCU_WDOG_OUT is not asserted?

in general yes, one can use some gpio for controlling such external circut.

it depends on reset type, for case "partition" reset it is not asserted as described on below
