IMX8QM: Is it possible to get the free memory in address from EMMC, NOR or QSPI

Hi,

I have to store some data in memory and it should be in persistence. So, I can use the memory for data store and read whenever I required.

So, I need some address to store the data. Here I have some doubt shall I use EMMC, NOR or QSPI memory address.

And is it possible to get available memory address from those (EMMC, NOR or QSPI) storage.
